NOT 1 inch thick and Mat is not good quality!

First off the Mat is NOT an inch thick. Another gripe I have is the foam the mats are made from doesn't bounce back if you leave anything on them. Wouldnt be that big of a deal if the edges of the mat stayed flat. But no, unless you put something on it for a little the edges curl up. The yoga blocks are fine. Overall I regret purchasing this product especially with so many good mat options on amazon. Im leaving this review because i didn't see many people complaining about the mat and i dont think this is a wise choice. I purchased a "used like new" and from what i can tell my products were brand new but even at the reduced price im not very happy with it. Doesnt feel like it will hold up to my use but overall its an okay yoga mat. Definitely buy mat and blocks separate and you can get better products. Cant justify going lower than 3 but considered it because of the false claim of 1 inch thick. This set is the epitome of mediocre. If you are strapped for cash then maybe this set will be fine but you will want to upgrade.

I LOVE this product! I have fibromyalgia but have to workout to try and lessen the pain. I also have bone shards behind both kneecaps and my sacrum was broken. Stretching and floor work was so hard on my knees and back. I tried towels, tiny pillows etc to no avail. This mat set is perfect. Not only do I have a very comfortable thick mat but also a mini mat which takes it to the next level for me. Great for travel too. The towels are nice but they’re like microfiber so every thread and hair you didn’t even know you had will stick to it. You can wash them with fabric softener to prevent that. The yoga blocks are nice too but I don’t use them for that. Overall you can’t go wrong here. I’m grateful to have exactly what I need at a price that’s very competitive.
